"I truly loved all three classes I downloaded from your site. The music, instruction, and all aspects involved are first class all the way. It`s just what I needed to add variety to my yoga practice. I love the fact that I can practice anywhere now. Thank you for such a wonderful service."

Step-by-step instructions

Downloading your Yoga Download MP3 file

Immediately after your purchase of an MP3 class from our website you will be given a link that will take you to the control panel of your 'My Account' page where you will have access to a section called 'Download Links.' This section will contain the download links for your audio MP3 files as well as your PDF files of the corresponding printable companion pose guide (where applicable) for each class you purchased. The download links for all of your classes will remain active, and you will be allowed to re-download your classes for two weeks after the date of your purchase.

You will receive an email with a receipt for your order following your purchase. Please check your spam or junk mail folder first before contacting us. Since the e-mail is automatically generated from our server, there is a chance it will be treated as spam. If this happens, please add Yoga Download to your ‘allow list’ in your email program.

Follow these steps for downloading after your purchase

Step 1 - Click the link at the top of your receipt page that says "click here go to control panel and access download links." Once in your control panel, click on the link that says "Download Links." Here you will see a list of all of the classes your ordered along with a download button next to each one. Click on the 'download' button. A pop up window will appear and ask you to "Open", "Save" or "Cancel". CHOOSE "SAVE" If you select "open" the file will not be saved to your computer and you will not be able to play it again.

Step 2 - A new pop up window will appear and ask you where you want to save the file. We recommend that you create a Yoga Download folder in the folder where you keep your other music. Once you have selected where you want to save the file, CLICK "SAVE"

Step 3 - Upon clicking on the "SAVE" button, a new pop up will appear letting you know how much time is left until the download is complete. We recommend during this download time that you keep your internet activity to a minimum. This will help ensure your file arrives without corruption of data.

SPECIAL NOTE - MAKE SURE THAT THE BOX IS NOT CHECKED WHERE IT READS "Close this dialog box when download completes". If this box is checked, make sure you remember where you saved the file!

Step 4 - Once your file has finished downloading, choose "OPEN" to begin the process of putting it into your music library

iTunes and iPod Users

Yoga Download classes are designed to work seamlessly with Apple’s iTunes Software for both PC and Mac. If you don't already have it, you can download iTunes for free HERE.

Depending on your iTunes settings, your new Yoga Download classes may import automatically into iTunes once you click "Open," causing the iTunes program to launch itself. If this happens, you will see your new files in your library window listed with the class name as the title and ‘Yoga Download - (instrutor name)’ as the artist.

To manually import your files into iTunes (if your files are not imported automatically), you have one of two options:

1) Open the iTunes program, and show the Library Browser window. Drag and drop your files from the folder on your computer into the Library window. They will be added, and iTunes will display the class name, teacher and other info. This happens automatically if you drag and drop the file rather than double clicking on it.

2) Open the iTunes program and click on 'File' in the upper left corner, then selecting either 'Add File to Library' or 'Add Folder to Library' depending of whether you wish to import a single class or an entire folder of classes. Find the folder where you saved your Yoga Download classes and click on either the folder or an individual file. This will place your class or classes into the iTunes library and display the class name, teacher and other info.

Other MP3 Players and Cell Phones

There are many different MP3 players available on the market, and your Yoga Download classes will play on seamlessly all of them. To load MP3 files to your player or your cell phone, you should follow the instructions that came with your player or phone, or reference the manufacturer’s support website.

Playing your Class from your Computer

Most computers come with mp3 players already installed on them. Windows users have Media Player and Macintosh users Quicktime, among others. Many other computer mp3 player options are available online. Simply double-click on your class and your computer's default music player will begin playing your Yoga Download class.
