The truth is, I am a yoga "teacher" simply because of an inherent urge to be a student. I find that through sharing my practice with others I'm continually curious about my own breath, my own movement, and how I connect through myself to the world around me. My classes are a reflection of this: an evolution of collective experimentation and discovery.
