He is the author of Kabbalistic Healing: A Path to An Awakened Soul (Inner Traditions, 2004) Ever since childhood Jason has been consumed by the fundamental questions of life. His continuing explorations into the nature of reality have taken him from poetry and literature to higher-level physics, from personal spiritual studies to inquiry into the mystical traditions of many of the world’s major religions. Jason’s main concern has been to develop paths of healing the mind, body and spirit based on his discoveries. Through his studies and practice, Jason has developed a unique perspective on human consciousness and the nature of existence. His gift is to be able to translate this perspective into a replicable and clearly delineated path for other seekers of truth to follow. His new book, The Instruction Manual for Receiving God, will be published by Sounds True in 2006. You can find out more about Jason and his work at www.societyofsouls.com

Artist: Jason Jinen Shulman
For many years, Jason Shulman, internationally-known spiritual teacher, modern kabbalist and Buddhist lineage-holder, has shared his practice of spontaneous song with audiences all over the United States. In 2004, Jason (vocals, harmonium), along with producer Michael Frondelli, and musicians James Mark (violin, viola) and Kai Kurosawa (Worr guitar), spent four days at the House of Blues studio in Los Angeles, creating this spontaneous masterpiece. These songs, the music and lyrics for which were created in the moment, are a transformative listening experience. Immersing yourself in Buddha-Cloud is to listen to the process of creation, in which the tender heart stands high above all.
