This class walks you through several repetitions of Sun Salutations A and B, first moving slowly, and then flowing with the breath. This invigorating series of poses is designed to help you become more centered while lengthening and strengthening most of the major muscles in your body. It is the perfect way to allow your mind to let go while you warm and energize your body.

This class is unique with parts I liked and parts I didn t love. The fast moving part of the flow was challenging and moved so quickly that I almost twisted my knee trying to keep up and I couldn t quite get the hang of the flow but I worked up most of my sweat trying to hold Warrior 2 for so long. This is also the first class on yogadownload that actually made me laugh out loud. I appreciated Dave s commentary. He s a very engaging teacher. I recommend giving this class a try.

Great class! I took it as a true waking up class and Dave warms you up and challenges you through the class with perfect pacing. I love his voice too, he gets you through some tough holds. Will take it again.

For me, this is pretty much the perfect 30 min flow. Intense enough that you feel it and without feeling like you are missing half a class. This is my favorite class to do during my lunch hour at work when I don t have time to do a full hour.

I just finished with this practice and was thoroughly satisfied. It was calming, invigorating, encouraging and fun. This was my first Baptiste Power experience and I began the class with intimidation and doubt. But Dave s calm voice and positive attitude helped me overcome my insecurities and give my best. His instructions were exactly what I needed for each moment. I did not stay completely in alignment when the tempo increased, but I built up a confidence and inner strength that I will improve with each practice. Thank you Dave.

Dave gives great cues and perspective throughout all of his classes -- and some humor. This is a great class if you want or need a quick flow class. It was intense but also restorative. It moves at a great pace.

I love Dave Farmar. His cueing here is advanced beginner, so for 30 minutes this had a lot of talking...a bit much for my preference. I would have liked just a 15 minute sun salutation without the extra cueing and commentary. However, for any practitioner not familiar with Dave’s style of sun salutations I highly recommend this strongly led flow. It is a good all-around and basic warm-up or warm-down routine, and the talking that Dave does do IS relevant and inspiring.

I just completed this class for the first time. Dave made me feel as if I was in a yoga studio. His commentary kept the class fun and entertaining without distraction! His reminders on alignment worked extremely well for me and although I realize that perhaps it was the influence of my first yogi whose style is similar to Dave`s I felt his presence welcomed in my home. I am a waitress and it is so hard to find moments of peace and calm before a shift. Dave just helped to remind me that I am a vessel of peaceful power! A wonderful Sun Salutation--nothing revolutionary--but everything I needed. I am going to download the 90 minute version the second I get a chance! Thanks Dave!
