Review: very rejuvenating and grounding at the same time. I need a pick-me-up at about 3 pm most afternoons. It used to be my diet coke break, but office yoga is a much better and healthier alternative. Thank you!

This class is a real treat in the middle of a stressful day.
The poses really help flex and loosen all those tightened up muscles while they are very simple and basic. Jamie is one of my favorite instructors because she takes it slow and speaks clearly enough for non-english speakers to understand and go along.

I really enjoyed this class. I closed my office door, was able to do 15 minutes of yoga (all from a chair). It was relaxing and refreshing, especially now that it is winter and too cold to get outside for a break.
I would also recommend this class to someone with limited yoga experience or limited range of motion for regular practice, not just office yoga.
