Really enjoyed the class. Connie is upbeat and provides nice clear directions. She kept the class moving and changed up the moves just enough to keep it interesting and still follow along..

I really enjoyed this, it was easy to follow which is important for someone like me who always loses the moves in complicated routines! It didn t really get my heart pumping though, more like a gentle walk, which is sometimes all you want.
