I am used to Bikram classes, so the instruction on this was sufficient. I liked the music in the background, it was calming. I find Bikram classes can be a bit like boot camp sometimes, so I really enjoyed the calm approach offered in this audio class.

Great for travelling, it is detailed enough not to make mistakes, that is if you are listening. Music with it is okay, but i imagine it can be tiring after a while. It would
be nice to set it up without music too...

Great session as long as you are familiar with the poses. The slides don t explain/ detail the transitions very well. This worked well for me after 20 classes in the bikram studio.

A softer, swifter version of the series of 26 postures, this class will likely disappoint a hard core Bikram practitioner, but it does have good value. I took this class at room temp after not practicing for 2.5 weeks and it was just what the doc ordered. However, were I in day to day Bikram swing, I would have thought things moving too fast, and postures, especially in the floor series, not held long enough. Dawnelle adds a standing Savasana, just enough for a breath, which I love, during the standing series, but doesn t allow for a full twenty second still period while on the floor. This is not the torture chamber stuff, and probably wasn t meant to be. Two water breaks?
Some of my favorite YDL classes are Dawnelle Arthur works, but in this one, for this series of postures, she is often too quiet. Mid-posture I would like more specifics, I feel while holding the posture the mind should be focused on the motivating, corrective words of the leader. And ditch the background music, it frequently sounds like a bad techno ringtone and has no place in this yoga.

I loved it! just enough instruction for an intermediate Yogi with Bikram experience. Her voice is calm and reassuring and was a great workout!

After driving to a Bikram studio 25+ miles one way for over 2years, I was burned out. I bought this class and it is wonderful! I can do it at home and control the heat/humidity myself. I had bought Bikram s CD, but it got very old, very quick listening to him brag about himself. This flows so nicely. It was the fastest 90 minute class I ve ever done. The directions are very good and her voice is very calm and reassuring. Thanks YDL for another great class! I practice daily using a different class everyday. Namaste.

After a regular hot yoga practice of four years, I stopped. I hadn t done a hot yoga class in nearly 9 months and decided to ease my way back with this class. I started by doing the standing series first and really sweat! After two sessions, I did the full class and felt great! I feel that doing these at home help make me more proactive about my practice instead of depending on a studio (although I will still go to a class). Great idea, thank you!

This is a GREAT class that challenges and refreshes even the most seasoned- excellent for body and soul. I have been practicing yoga (as well as running marathons and doing triathlons) several years. Quite a few years back, while vacationing, my friends and I found and loved Hot Yoga classes. This session is as good, but allows you to practice in the privacy of your home (yard/patio/pier/deck) where ever. Professional training at a reasonable cost (some free-unheard of today) which is good for retirees. And, their support team is OUTSTANDING. Thank You Yogadownload.com! Mary P.

Wonderful! Exactly what I was looking for. I have taken the Bikram classes but I wanted to be able to do it at home and also at a reasonable temperature. The mp3 is a little over an hour long - perfect - and the dialog is precise and natural. You may want to get the version without background music and just add your own for variety...

The Hot Yoga download is PERFECT! I am so glad I stumbled upon it. I have taken a Bikram class but there aren`t any within a three hour drive from me so I made a room at my home for it. I have Bikram`s audio class but it quickly became old...Dawnelle`s approach is exactly what I was looking for. Namaste :)
