I really wanted to get into this mediation and I could not. I feel like the instructor over edited or this is a computer. It does not sound like a human is speaking and it completely stopped me from being able to visualize.

Focused on Goddesses and connecting their respective characteristics and strengths to the chakras, this meditation feels centering and grounding and clears your head all at the same time. With every chakra she gives you time to connect to your own life and focus on some aspect that connects to the particular quality of said goddess. Awesome, I will be coming back to this one over and over, just wish it was a bit longer.
