Soulful Slow Flow

Soulful Slow flow is a slow moving vinyasa class without any sun salutations. The slower moving class provides more time to enter and exit positions while having some "quality" time in the pose. There is plenty to work on physically, yet with no sun salutations and slower moving flows, there is a steadiness that provides room to reflect and to listen while moving. Turn it on now and you won't need to turn off all day.

Upbeat, positive, not overly wordy, good sequencing , great cueing and honestly one of the best online classes I ve taken. Thank you for your positive choices in wording - delightful to not be in ones head with challenging wording - love "sanity not vanity".

Another outstanding class from Eric which left me feeling fantastic. Through his wording I was able to dig in a little deeper and hold a little longer than I thought I could. I now know my core strength has improved over these last 20 days. My favorite class of this 23 day challenge so far.

Loved this class! The instructor made me laugh several times and as a result I was so much more relaxed and felt better. I feel like I worked hard but at the same time it didn t feel like hard work. Surprised to see the warning about language and all there was was one word starting with a and ending with s. Going to return to this one and search out more by the same instructor. Namaste :D

I wanted to update my earlier review. I still love this class by Eric, but you should know that you can no longer hear the original music being played behind Eric. Maybe the license for YDL to use it ran out and they decided to mix it so far back you can t hear it. At one point it got awkward since Eric was moving to the groove but I could barely hear it. So, if you like music when you practice play some of your own (I used an Apple Music yoga playlist).

Eric calls for your best and in exchange, provides a soul felt experience. Abs and legs worked! And my wife has a new dance move that she busts out at every opportunity. Great class to do over again.

Soulful cooks each pose slowly, stretching the muscles and tendons, gaining more flexibility. Want to break a "sweat"? Then Yoga Rocks and the Bootcamp videos is for you.

I did this class as part of the 21 day challenge and am so glad I did. Eric has a great attitude, and let s you have some fun too. I liked long holds and creative sequence. Look forward to trying other classes he teaches.

I liked this workout a lot. I had a problem with the sound though. The speakers were at 100% but I had to pay very close attention to the instructions and frequently look at the images because I hadn t heard them.

I can t give an instructor less than 3 stars--they are just being who they are--but I couldn t finish this "flow"...it was super disjointed and made no sense. I am sorry to be negative Nelly... I just had to share my thoughts... sorry!

I think he is the first teacher on yoga download that makes me feel I am in a yoga class and not in my apt. We have time to understand what needs to be done while practicing without looking every few seconds on the screen and when it becomes challenging we have alternatives and good humor to help us go through the last seconds of the pose.

Exciting to introduce my hubbie to the class. He might enjoy it thanks to the good sense of humor and the great pedagogy. Going to look through other classes of this teacher !

I enjoyed the sense of humor and motivating ideas. The poses were simple but challenging. I was surprised at how sore I was the next day. It should be noted this was my first time practicing in quite some time and it really helped to get the kinks out.

That was fun! Slow but strong class with just enough goofiness to keep it fun! Some interesting transitions but nothing terribly difficult, just different. Wonderful full body stretch :)

I love Eric s class. He has unique sequencing that challenges me and keeps me engaged the entire class. I look forward to him posting new classes. I love the reverse table top core work - that was new to me, easy but tough!! Thanks for a great class!
