Gentle Renewal Flow

This class will renew your energy, stretch your body, and gently tone your muscles. You will flow from one posture to the next during Sun Salutation A & B variations that do not include any Chaturanga Push-Ups (to give your shoulders a break). After the warm up you will practice postures such as Warrior 2 and Triangle Pose, and then move into single-leg balancing and long holds of gentle hip opening postures including Frog/Garland Pose (Malasana) and Half Pigeon. Throughout class Jackie encourages you to let go of the need to control so you can feel a sense of freedom and renewal.
