It s a good quick workout with a nice balance of fast and stretch-- by his last "woo wooing" into the camera though, I was pretty over it.

This is definitely not a technically focused yoga class. it s more of a hybrid class with less emphasis on proper asana alignment and more emphasis on experiencing the movements as they are. I don t mind it, since I m teacher trained and have been practicing for years so I don t feel the need for a lot of guidance in a class. I think it s a great class with a beautiful message and a nice balance between getting sweaty and moving within, even if it s probably not what yoga purists would prefer.

Interval training is a good way to describe this class. I liked it as a break from more meditative classes - the instructor does do a bit of guided reflection at the end. It s not your standard yoga class but it is a good workout.

I found the instructors style to be annoying - lots of talk without much substance and a bit too overly enthusiastic for me. The flow was uncreative - basically mountain climbers (incorrectly taught - they aren t a knee to elbow movement) with simple standing poses in-between. Did really enjoy the live music at the end of the sequence.

What a great class! The instructor s energy is very communicative, and I couldn t help but smile throughout the entire thing. Love the live music at the end too.

This is the first Outlaw Yoga practice I ve done. It is a vigorous program! The repetitions of vinyasas, lunges, and squats along with energetic bluegrass music felt more like interval training than yoga. It would be good practiced in the late morning or afternoon when you re body is already awake. The instructor was a little preachy for my taste, but it is a fun class overall.
