I enjoyed the class and the running commentary on belief vs faith was inspirational, but the middle section was just way to quick and I was not able to go from down dog to crescent perfectly each time so by the time I got my foot adjusted they were already in updog! I got behind but just waited until the next cycle. I think that needs to be a little slower to give you time to actually get firmly in the pose before transitioning into another pose so you aren t just flailing your body all over. Otherwise, it was a good practice.

Hugh Halter is a fantastic yoga model, and his humanity and grace really made this class wonderful. Also the conversation about personal faith verses cultural beliefs was wonderful. Outlaw Yoga is hit and miss for me, but this was a hit. Jesus yoga!

Great class! Very inspirational, like others have said. Like many of their other classes, the flow was fast paced, but there s a child s pose (mini break!) in the midst of it all, which I was grateful for! Nice cool down too with a long holding pigeon pose, my fav! I really enjoyed the music in the background, just guitar no vocals. There is no explicit verbiage for any mom s with little ones around. Thanks for an awesome class Outlaw Yoga!
