Wonderful restorative practice and I liked the focus on each of the chakras. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that I did not feel that the music fit the practice. I did love the ending with the 3 OMs.

I agree with others that the music did not flow with the practice. It also seemed to move too quickly, especially with taking breaths. She didn t give enough time to take a long, full breath in and out. The positions were not fully explained and I was never sure I was doing them correctly. The words she spoke were soothing but, I did not feel the compassion and empathy coming from her. More explanation of the Chakras would have been a nice edition. I really enjoyed another practice of hers but, this one left me feeling empty.

The screeching sound during the savasana made it impossible for me to relax. I had to stop the video with about 7 minutes left. Otherwise, a good practice.

I love this too, but like the others, the music during savasana was very distracting and not calming as she tried to talk us through each body part. I wouldn t even like that music for a flow practice!

I loved the class itself - that is 5 stars! The only issue is the music - it did not seem to fit for most of the practice and was very distracting, at times even stressful!

Same! Class was amazing.. the background music was awful. It would be nice if it were silent with only Alainna s voice, as I had my own music playing in the background but wanted to hear her cues.

This class is SO good! Love the poses, the messages, and cueing...I m feeling so good after. There is a real problem with the background music mix, though, that YDL could fix... during chakras 6&7 please YDL!

Rating 4 stars but only because background music was not to my liking. I prefer gentler more relaxing sounds. Poses were excellent and I can feel how open my chakras are. Especially the crown and heart.

The reason I can t give this 5 stars is because the background music is so distracting and awful. I can t imagine why anyone would think it is relaxing, grounding or appropriate for yoga. The poses are great, but the music makes it unbearable.

Beautiful, nurturing practice, however the music was bad and inappropriate. Is it possible to make a silent version available?

This is absolutely true! The practice was really great but very disruptive music, especially during savasana! I hope that the teacher sees this and can help make something happen.

This is just what I needed at the moment. A racing mind made me feel disconnected to myself. This gentle, journey through the chakras allowed me to slow down, and release thoughts and feelings throughout my body. I highly recommend this class.

What an amazing practice. I use this whilst travelling, with or without work. I use it at the end of the day and it brings an intense relaxation and inner exploration.

If your country allows it, you may be bold and try this class after smoking or eating marijuana, while certainly not necessary, you may be bathed in eternal bliss...

Incredibly supportive and nurturing for the body, mind and soul. First time around, it took me awhile to get set up into the posture before settling down. The music can get a bit distracting especially in the beginning.
