Amazing class... I thank you for the message in the class-- something i truly needed on this day. I will return to this class, not just for the fabulous flow, but more for the message and words of encouragement. The music was a perfect complement. Truly, thank you for this class.

This class is so special! It is one of my absolute favorites and I am excited to take it again. The circular flow is super fun and the music from Seth Larson is incredible!

These classes are definitely different.....it s fast moving and good cardio workout This one included an inversion -handstand but no core and little twisting - many standing poses and one balancing (dancer). Love the music......I ll do it again.
