Definitely was not what I was expecting. He breaks down more of the meaning. But, I still learned something. So good video.

Not what I was expecting considering the title. I did learn something, so that s good, but the instructions are basically "get into tadasana". I would have like a deconstructed approach to the pose.

Very, very interesting info about mountain pose. I LOVE learning about yoga poses and what they do for us. How they help us. I will be doing this every morning. So simple!
