In this Align & Flow class, students will work deeply with their breath to allow their energy body or pranic body to guide them as they move through invigorating warm ups, standing poses, arm balances and deep backbends. Warm up quickly and challenge yourself by floating into flying crow and dwi pada viparitidandasana (deep wheel pose with forearms) all with the grace and guidance of prana!
