Cardio Classes

Some people feel they need to add a bit of cardio to their yoga regimen. That is why we created Yoga Download’s “Running Coach” workouts. These workouts will walk you through perfectly timed intervals of running and walking for a challenging workout that won’t burn you out. There are different levels of intensity so you can move forward as your endurance begins to strengthen.
