xcellent class. I was sweating so much and I know I burned a lot of calories. I am in good shape, but I was feeling sore for a few days from using only 3 lb weights!!! I love the audio cues because they are very detailed, there is no need to make a pose guide for this class. I would love to see a yoga with resistance bands, too!

Great class – it’s a wonderful balance of meditation and strength! The pace is slow and steady – vibrant and challenging. The workout moves between using the weights and flowing without them. I felt muscles firing that don’t often get in the act, especially the chataranga muscles. The creative use of weights on the floor and using them to work the hamstrings was great. The weights didn’t detract from the yoga feeling and flow, and I look forward to adding this regularly to my routine.

Yoga with Weights is a very challenging and unique way to enhance your yoga practice. I love to do this class when I`m feeling strong...and it humbles me to realize you have to keep learning and growing!

The 30 min. #2 class is the BEST overall workout that you can get in 30 minutes. I have done both of the 30 minute classes, and I feel this one is a bit more challenging. When I am laying in savasana, I feel the vibrations all over. If you did this class a few times a week, you would really be in most excellent shape!

This is the class I do when I want to push myself. I only own a pair of five-pound weights, and end up having to let the weights go early in the class. So I`m glad Dawnelle is so forgiving and encouraging. :)

Amazing, this class is so great I am feeling sore yet happy. It worked my entire body. It is exactly like another reviewer said that it is hard to believe that you can do so much in 30 minutes. I am looking forward to work my way up to the 60 minute practice maybe sometime soon.

This one is really really good. I love the way they come up with ways to mix light weights with yoga poses. Excellent.
