I loved this! I did the 45 minute flow. My shoulder is tender this week, and I was looking for a yoga session that would offer less intense arm or upper body work. I figured the "buns" would be where to go, and I figured right! The class kept with the traditional vinyasa style, but was not upper body intensive as far as arm balances and what-not. The bun work was perfectly balanced, and I felt I got a great workout without overstraining.

I did only the 20 min class - but I loved it! Good to warm up a bit first – Dawnelle gets right into the poses. Loved the standing splits pulses; I know I am going to feel this tomorrow!

Oh my God! I did this 20 minute practice thinking it is only 20 minutes it is going to be so easy. Little did I know it was going to kick my butt. It is harder than it looks but the next day you feel your rear end sore but the good soreness. Great!!

This is a class that made me feel so strong the next day. After the practice my legs felt a little wobbly but the next day I felt so great! It`s one of the classes that I do when I need a challenge.

I love the way Dawnelle talks you through moves reminding you to adjust certain parts of poses you might have forgot about. This buns routine is a burner, you feel it the next day but in a great way. Thahks.

Being new to Yoga, I was surprised and how hard this practice worked my body. I haven`t found a class I didn`t get results from yet!
