I've been using the 20 min., 35 min. and 65 min. versions. I use the 20 min. version when I'm short on time, but the 65 min. version is my favorite. Her commentary throughout is very consistent with gentle practices that I'm planning to use in my birthing, and I especially appreciate the visualization of the day in the last minutes of the session. She has a very positive attitude towards birthing. If I'm up to it, I'm going to try to listen and follow where I can in the early parts of labor. Highly recommended!

This is perfect for daily yoga! I download it to my iPod and I have my very own private session anywhere. I can tune out all the other distractions and just focus on my body and preparing for the birth of my baby. It is the perfect routine for your daily practice. Liza offers so much insight and direction to prepare you for the birth of your child. If you can`t attend her class, this is the next best thing. I highly recommend this session for a complete workout.

I highly recommend Liza`s prenatal class. She has so much insight and care that she in her class. You really feel empowered and ready for birth after each class. She gives information on each pose and how it leads you to your birth path. She teaches you to bond with your unborn child through yoga. Thank you, Liza, for your birthing yogic wisdom. Prenatal yoga is not for wimps, neither is birth, but Liza makes it accessible for every mother (and father)!

Liza`s prenatal yoga class is a must for any pregnant woman! Her class combines challenging poses that are appropriate for any stage of pregnancy with relaxation techniques to help you during pregnancy and prepare your body for the birth process. After a prenatal yoga class with Liza, you will feel strong, relaxed, and healthy. Your baby will love it also!

This is a wonderful prenatal yoga class! It is the perfect combination of active poses and relaxation. This class will make you feel great during any stage of pregnancy.

This was a gentle class that focused on stretching. Holding some of the more active poses for a while was slightly challenging. Not as much cardiovascular as I generally like in a practice, but the stretching was very good.
