| This is a great class. The five minutes go by so quickly, and it s the kind of routine where you instantly feel the results. A few more weeks, and I ll be fitting in my skinny jeans again! |

| This is a great 5-minute class. The five minutes go very quickly and I feel like I`ve gotten a really good ab workout. I`ve always hated ab workouts but this one is short enough and challenging enough at the same time that I stick with it. |
