GREAT class if you're looking for a workout! I was panting through the whole thing and hurting the day after- in a good way. My practice has been slacking and this was the perfect kick in the butt.

Really liked this class. Dawnelle has a great style, it`s easy to follow and it`s not overly technical which is sometimes overwhelming.

Advanced classes are so hard to find on dvd`s & other download sites. This class is an awesome challenge and fun at the same time. I felt totally worked out and stretched when i was done.

This one as well as all the classes I have tried so far did not dissapoint me. It`s excellent, great sequence building up from a nice warm up next thing you know you are working out really hard. Feels good when you are done. Half an hour does not sounds like much but it is perfect for me.

This is a fabulous and well balanced class that deepens its challenge with repetition. It moves through a gentle warm up into vigorous sun salutation series which flows gracefully into balancing asana, including toppling tree, dancers pose, and standing splits. Core work on the floor, hip openers and spine strengtheners are seamlessly integrated, as are the hip openers like frog and pidgeon. The thoughtful timing of the transitions and the verbal cues work so beautifully with the intelligent sequencing. An enormously satisfying yoga journey!

Good Class. The pose guides help to have perfect form and can be taken anywhere with you. Traveling throughout the country I can count on a good session anywhere. The Power class pushes to your limits with encouragement along the way.
