This class is still dynamic and will stretch and lengthen every muscle in your body from your head to your toes, but it will do so in a gentle, soothing, and relaxing way. | This is the first session I tried from Yoga Download and loved it. Had been doing Kundalini Yoga for six months, but after the Gentle Hatha #2 here, I felt stretched and strengthened in deeper places than I ever had before. My back was thanking me for it. The pace of the instructions is just perfect, and Jackie s voice is incredibly soothing and understanding. I find this perfect for a daily warm up to get me going. Thank you Jackie! |

| Amazing! Her voice is so smooth and soothing, the poses are explained very clearly and held long enough that one can make adjustments as she goes through correcting common mistakes. I especially love that she calls out the pose before guiding you through how to get into it, you probably would not even need the slide show, although it is comforting to glance over and see if that you are doing the right thing. I will be coming back to the 50 min class many any time I need to ease tension in my mind and body. LOVE IT! |

| This class is awesome! Jackie s voice is soooo soothing. She holds the postures long enough so you can really get into each one. Nothing is hurried and she reminds you to use your breath and to accept where your body is at for that day/time. I love it! Her instructions are right on; easy to follow. How about a 90 minute class?? And, I love love love that it is a slide show! Wish more of the classes where slide shows. |

| I`ve just completed Jackie`s 60min Gentle Hatha Yoga class #2. What superlatives can I use? I loved this class. Some highlights: Jackie`s soothing relaxed voice, her beautifully paced delivery and helpful pose instructions. The 60mins had gone in no time! |

| I have to echo the other reviewer. Jackie has a wonderful delivery and offers perfect visualization and descriptions for how each asana should feel. I did this class today for the first time because I awakened feeling like I was in traction! Now I feel infinitely better. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a restorative experience. |
