A message to my YogaDownload students: My dear students, thank you so much for your enthusiasm and loyalty over the past few years that I’ve taught for this site. I absolutely love knowing that you are enjoying my classes from all around the world. My hope to is to keep my classes accessible and fun, while provoking curiosity and the drive to learn more about working with your body and mind. Please remember to have fun in your yoga practice, and not take it too seriously. Life is serious enough, right? Enjoy!
