Ala Carte vs. Subscription
There are two ways to get classes on our site: Ala Carte or via a Subscription Membership
Buy Classes ala Carte
You can buy classes individually by adding a class or classes to your cart and then continuing through the checkout process. Once your order is complete simply click the link provided which will take you to your account page where you can access your classes on the Downloads/Orders page
Purchase a Subscription Membership
Instead of buying classes ala carte you can purchase one of our subscription membership packages which allows you unlimited streaming of any class on the site, and either a select number, or unlimited downloads of YDL brand classes depending on your membership type and level. Once you purchase a subscription membership simply add classes to your cart and you will not be charged for those covered by your membership.

Streaming vs. Downloading
There are two options for accessing classes on our site: Streaming or Downloading
Stream Classes
Streaming a class means you will play it straight from our website. With this option you will need to be connected to the internet and will be provided with a link to play the class once. The link will active as soon as you click on it, and will remain active for 24 hours after you click.
Download Classes
If you select to download a class you will be purchasing the class to keep forever, and will be given a link to download the class permanently to your computer. Once it is downloaded you can use it as many times as you want, and since it is saved on your computer you won't need to be connected to the internet to be able to play your class.
