1. What is your hometown, and where do you live now?

My hometown... I'm never sure how to answer this question! I was born in Brazil, grew up by lake Geneva in Switzerland, lived in the UK and the US over the last ten years, and right now, I'm in Thailand - in the lovely city of Chiang Mai.

2. What do you love about yoga?

It makes me feel stronger and calmer, and therefore happier...

3. How long have you been practicing?
Since 2008, at first occasionally, and now (almost) everyday. I took my first yoga class in India, with a high school teacher, in a small village. It was all very simple, and I've been pretty much hooked ever since.

4. Share a little bit about why you love yogadownload.com
I've moved around and travel a lot over the last ten years so when I discovered yogadownload I was really happy because I could take my classes with me, rather than spend a lot of time and energy looking for new places to practice. I really love that I don't need to break up my flow to look at images on a screen. Audio and yoga is a really good combination. The variety is great, and the quality is always top-notch.

5. What is your favorite yoga pose?
It varies, but at the moment I'm loving headstand. I've always been quite scared of being upside down, but now that I'm getting over the fear part, I'm loving it!

6. What is your least favorite yoga pose?
I have a love-hate relationship with full-wheel pose. I always need to push myself to do it, especially more than once. But after it's done, I'm happy!

7. Do you have any favorite music to practice to?
I only occasionally use music, but when I'm in the mood I like a CD called the 'Dum Dum Project', especially the track called 'Nataraja' - good track to keep me going during standing postures.

8. Any unusual places you've unrolled your mat?
I've often had the impulse to unroll my mat in an airport waiting area, in a public park, etc, by I'm shy! I don't think I would be able to practice with strangers looking at me. So just in yoga studios, and at home...
