Karma: kar·ma (kär') - The word karma itself means "action," but implies both action and reaction. All actions have consequences, some immediate, some delayed. The effects of one's actions create past, present and future experiences, thus making one responsible for one's own life, and the pain and joy they brings to others. Karma is not fate, it is the opposite, implying the ability to alter one's path of life by altering one's feelings and beliefs, and by engaging in positive practices.

"Yoga for Peace" - FREE Yoga Classes for our Troops and Friends in the Peace Corps!

Yoga Download established this program to show support for our troops overseas and those currently serving in the Peace Corps. Our online audio yoga classes with music accompaniment are a perfect format for those living far from home, and we feel it is the least we can do to to help out. Studies have shown that yoga can help with Post Tramatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as well as provide other healing benefits. Our goal is to offer a little yoga relief for those who need it most!

If you or anyone you know is serving in the armed forces or Peace Corps and would like access to free yoga classes, please send an email to info@yogadownload.com for more information.

To the men and women who serve our country: thanks for all that you do! We are truly humbled by the sacrifices you make in the name of helping others.
