Power Yoga
A rigorous workout that develops strength and flexibility with continuous movement, Power Yoga is yoga’s version of an aerobics class and is extremely popular in the US. Power Yoga synchronizes breath and movement (called vinyasa) to create an inner fire, heating up muscles and helping the body’s energy flow continuously. Classes stress variety – each session targets different muscles and breath exercises, making Power Yoga classes as challenging for the mind as they are for the body.
